Sarae was our waitress, was great in every aspect. Didn’t have to wait for anything, she was on it. Food was amazing per usual and drinks were great. Fast service and great overall experience tonight. We will be back.
Today was my first time coming here, but I absolutely loved it. The food was great, the environment was amazing and I absolutely loved our Server Sarae!! She was so sweet and efficient, and had an amazing attitude 10/10 recommend coming here!
Let me start by saying this was my first time ever being to Smokey Bones! I really enjoyed the atmosphere and appreciated the tone of the entire building. Secondly, the service was amazing. Bridgette was our server and with that, we never went without on any needs. She was on top of everything and made sure we were always satisfied. Thirdly, the food was amazing and cooked to perfection. I came in on the BOGO sirloin deal and was impressed to say the least. No where quite gets a medium rare steak just how I like it. Thank you for the great experience and I will be returning soon.
Our waitress was Sarea. It was a pleasure having her as our waitress. She was very patient and nice. She also had such a beautiful and kind smile. Loved her nails, too btw! Lol The food was fantastic as always. Except for the banana pudding lol It tasted great, but the texture just wasn't for me.
I was blown away by this place! The service was perfect. Quick on refills, food out quick. Actually brought napkins. Tons of food for cheap. Clean bathrooms. The food was phenomenal!
We came in Thursday night to watch the start of march madness, Sarae was our server and we didn’t want for anything! She was on top of it and asked all the right questions. Our food came out fast and well plated. She let us know about the specials and was warm and friendly. It can be challenging going out to eat with kids but it was well received. High quality food, excellent value and prepared fresh and in a timely manner. I had the Full rack of baby ribs, broccoli with cheese and sweet potatoes. All exceed my expectations. My server was Sarae and her service was top tier. Felt right at home.
